How to Make a Return
Head to our returns portal and enter your order number and email to get started. You have 30 days from delivery to start a return or exchange.
Is There a Fee?
If you added Shipping Protection at checkout, your return ships back free — you'll get a prepaid label through the returns portal. If you didn't, a flat $5 return-shipping fee applies (purchased through the returns portal). Exchanges are always free
When Will I Receive My Refund?
Once your return reaches our warehouse, allow 2–3 business days for processing and up to 10 business days for your refund. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your banking institution.
Final Sale Items
Final sale items will clearly be marked as Final Sale on the product page. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted for these items.
What is Shipping Protection?
An optional add-on at checkout (2% of cart total, $2.98 minimum) that gives you free return shipping and replaces your package free of charge if it's lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
