Do you offer refunds or exchanges?Updated 9 days ago

Please initiate an exchange here. Once completed, you will have the option to exchange your item for a different size of the same product or select a different item using exchange credit.

Please note that exchange credit is valid for 6 hours. If a replacement item is not selected within that timeframe, your exchange request will automatically be converted to a return. A return shipping label will then be generated and sent to you by email. Once we receive your parcel, a refund notification will be sent, and your refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

After your return arrives at our warehouse, please allow 2–3 business days for your refund to be processed.

If the item you purchased is no longer available at the same price or was purchased using a promotional code, please send us an email to [email protected] before returning the item. We will provide you with a new promotional code to apply to the item being exchanged*.
